CBAP Exam Prep CBT Training Videos on CD / DVD

The CBAP Exam Prep Training Course is one of the most intensive and rewarding segments of the Project Management Series. Presented by highly trained professionals, the interactive sessions prepare learners to successfully complete the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA™) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP™) exam at the conclusion of the course. Due to the intensive, rigorous nature of the CBAP Exam Prep training classes, it is important that only those individuals with a firm background in project management and experience in a leadership position sign on to participate in this educational opportunity.
Since the CBAP Exam Prep coursework includes all of the topics covered on the exam, students are fully prepared to complete this test successfully. Moreover, a number of practice exams are included within the framework of the CBAP Exam Prep Training Sessions, allowing the participants to discover just how well they can expect to do on the real exam. The opportunity to take a practice test beforehand is invaluable, since students can review any of the course material they had difficulty with on the practice exam.
As with most IT training scenarios, the CBAP Exam Prep Training classes begin with an introductory presentation of the course so that participants know what to expect. From there, the training classes move onto CBAP basics and foundations, enterprise analysis, requirements planning and management, requirements elicitation, requirements analysis and documentation, requirements communication, solution assessment and validation, and underlying fundamentals. The completion of the CBAP Exam Prep Training Course enables participants to claim 21 PDU/contact hours.
