If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our computer training DVD/CD-ROMs or videos, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. (shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.)
How to return a training course:
- Contact a Customer Service Representative at 1(800)381-9828 Or email info@UpperTraining.com and request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once your request has been approved and you have obtained a RMA number, clearly indicate it on the outside of the returning package to ensure prompt processing.*
- Return the package for a full refund to:

*Each return must be sent to us within 30 days from the date of invoice and must be in like-new condition. Upper Training reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns and/or returns that have more than 50% of the DVD/CD-ROMs’ packaging opened or tampered with.
*eLearning Online courses and eLabs can also be returned within 30 days of purchase for training credit only. Credits can be used towards any of our DVD/CD-ROM or video training programs.

Here's how it works
- Registered users must utilize the study materials provided and pass the practice exam with a score of 95% or higher on two different MeasureUp practice examinations.
- Students will have two chances to take the exam within 180 days from the date of purchase.
- Should the user fail to pass the exam with an acceptable score within the permitted time frame, the product may be returned for the full purchased price less shipping and handling charges. The user must show proof of examination passing attempts before Upper Training can consider providing a refund.*
*Returned products must be in good and working condition. Upper Training reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns.

Available shipping methods are: UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Please choose your preferred shipping methods accordingly. All orders will be shipped within the next business day and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.
We have Video Formats: NTSC (North America), PAL (European), or SECAM. Please select UPS International Shipping as your shipping method. UPS international shipping charges will be added as cost to your total when your order is processed. Please also note that UPS will collect import duties/taxes required by your country when delivering your package. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery - depending upon location. Tracking information will be forwarded to you as soon as it become available.
Free One Year Upgrade Policy
UpperTraining, LLC provides a simple upgrade policy for all of our qualified training products.
When Does My Free Upgrade Period Expire?
Your free upgrade period will expire one year from the date of shipment of your original qualified purchase. You will continue to receive support on your original product as long as it remains an active course on our website.
How do I Get My Free Upgrade?
Getting a free upgrade is as easy as ordering your original course. Just contact the customer service department via e-mail at info@UpperTraining.com and provide us with your invoice number from your qualified purchase for verification purposes. Qualified upgrades will be sent out to you and you will be charged shipping cost only.
What Is A Qualified Upgrade?
If you're not sure whether a new version of your training purchase is covered under the Free Upgrade Policy, just contact one of our customer service representatives and we will be more than happy to help you verify.
