You will get an email confirmation that your Purchase Order has been received and processed along with shipping and tracking information.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of faxing the Purchase Order to us, please call to assure that we did in fact receive the Purchase Order via fax or email.
If you send the Purchase Order via Postal Service, please allow up to 5 days for mail delivery before contacting us about not having received a confirmation.

Purchase Order Payment Terms are NET 30. An invoice will be sent to the billing address you provide. Purchase orders may be paid by credit card, check or money order. A 1.5% per month (18% APR) late charge will be added to all past due invoices.
The order will be fulfilled and your training will be shipped to you as soon as the Purchase Order is accepted (not when payment is received)--so you will receive your software as soon as possible after the order is processed.
Shipping costs will be calculated at time of processing and added to the invoice.
